That’s it. It’s pretty, isn’t it? I don’t know why I love this house. It’s somewhere in New York. On Water Street. It had my dream address! W. Water Street. It’s a good deal, too. 190k, pre-my haggling skills. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths… It’s probably in the slums or something. It was built in 1902 and it has wooden floors. 2,600 square feet! Corner double lot. 2 stories and a finished attic. It’s freshly renovated! Go look. I think it’s a great deal. Nice town, population 30,000 and it’s not far from the Big Apple! I bet it snows there.
One problem. I did a loan calculator…. 6.5%, 30 year mortgage on my $40/mo. income and 300 down payment would only get me a 2.3k loan! Blah. I hate money.
Well, that’s my house. I’ll buy it some day.
